In charge of all daily duties that consist of required assistance from the main office for all parents, faculty, and children. Managing a multiple phone system, coordinating conferences, delivering messages, directing mail, etc.
I speak with and seat the patrons of the restaurant, as I regulate the organization, flow and pace. I manage my time and distribute the collected tips at the end of the night to all employees. I help at events by allowing people to get in the hotel, assisting the managers and security guards, and regulating the line so it runs smoothly and efficiently. I help direct customers to their tables that they bought for an event and assist with anything my fellow employees need.
When I first started, I was the Assistant Producer. My duties included assisting the Executive Producer in all duties ranging from, posting on various social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Personal Website Blogs) for VIP clientele (names given upon request), researching trends and upcoming promotional opportunities, managing emails, managing phone calls, arranging meetings, assist in twitter parties, compile reports (end of the month) including stats, follower growth increases, top posts, etc. I was then promoted to Associate Producer. This consisted all of my regular duties, yet given even more responsibility and was a partner on all accounts of the Executive Producer versus the assistant. My last role was Community Manager. This consisted of all duties already listed, combined with the new responsibility of researching, analyzing, and staying up to date with all trends, opportunies, events, etc. that could pertain to the specific client's market. Staying in tune with the fans and what their wants/needs are from the client, and utilizing that information to prepare for the upcoming month of marketing strategy.
I was the receptionist and sales associate for Salon Nouveau. I would take appointments and make customers feel welcomed and appreciated as they enter. I would also do inventory of all of our products and order more that was needed. I would also help my manager regulate bills, distribute checks and pay out salon's rent.
